Our members network with other small, emerging, and/or minority business owners and business professionals. MBA seeks to connect our members to the agency’s organization and individuals that can assist with their professional growth. Through advocacy we explore, adopt, and maintain a uniform model of measurable Best Practices with our local Public Entities and Corporate partners that will promote an environment for minority, emerging businesses to start, grow and thrive. We provide and promote networking opportunities through our monthly MBA Networking Events, our Community Welcome Receptions as well as our Annual Heritage Awards Banquet. Our Goals: Create and support Diverse Professional Social Networks designed to create engagement and a sense of connection in the Springfield area.
